Dictation Options:

Telephone Dictation: Using any telephone, you can dictate 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Each user gets a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You simply call in. You will be prompted for your PIN. You then talk, and hang up. The audio is captured by our state of the art Digital Dictation System which has built in 256 bit encryption. Additionally you have access to all of the features available from any hospital dictation system, including FF, Rewind, Pause, and more.

Digital Hand Held Recorder: A digital hand held recorder is a mobile dictation device that stores voice digitally. You can carry the recorder anywhere and dictate at any time. When you are ready, you can upload the digital audio file to our system using our secure website.

Audio Tape: Audio tape transcription is an outdated, obsolete way of capturing audio, however, many people still use this method. You can send us a duplicate copy of the tape via regular or overnight mail and we can transcribe it for you. We also provide tape digitization services.

Transcription:

• Audio is transcribed by real people. We do not hire anyone with less than five years experience for any specialty. Most of our staff has 10 to 20 years experience. Unlike our competition, we do not "train" staff using your important audio files. Each staff member must undergo a rigorous evaluation of their skills that exceeds MTIA and AAMT standards before we allow them to work on your dictation.
• Our most experienced transcriptionists, those with 15 years or more, edit every document before they are delivered to you.
• We will follow your formats and templates when provided. We will work with your office to improve on document formats and letterhead appeal.
• We provide the highest quality and lowest error rate in the industry.

Document Delivery Options:

• After going through our rigorous editing process, documents are uploaded to our secure website.
• You are given an administrative user ID and password and each user has a user ID and password.
• When new documents are posted, you have the option of receiving an e-mail notification of the document posting.
• You then log on to the website, download the document and open using any word processor.
• The document can now be edited and printed.
• Fax, Mail and Overnight mail delivery options are also available.
